Help — how to do it

From browsing to printed invitations, in five steps.

Browse free. Open the Design Studio, choose what you’re celebrating, and try any collection on any format. Nothing is locked while you look.
Pick your collection and piece. Found the one? Note the collection name — your whole event set (invitations, RSVP cards, menus, signs) will match it.
Buy access. Press the buy button below (or “Unlock” inside the studio). Payment is by card through our secure checkout partner Lemon Squeezy. Your receipt email arrives within a minute — it contains your licence key (a long code like xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx…).
Enter your key. Back in the studio, press “Enter license key”, paste the whole key from your receipt, and the studio unlocks on the spot.
Personalise and send. Add your names, wording and photo; export print-ready PDFs for the printer, or send email and web-page invitations with RSVP straight from the studio.

I can’t find my licence key

It’s in the receipt email from Lemon Squeezy (check spam or promotions). Still missing? Write to portjacksongroup@gmail.com with the name on the order and we’ll resend it.

My key isn’t working

Copy the entire key with no spaces before or after — the easiest way is the copy button in the receipt email. If it still won’t verify, email us; we answer quickly.

Do I pay per design or per event?

No — one A$39.99 payment unlocks every collection and every format, for your engagement, your parties and your wedding.

What if I change my mind?

Our refunds policy explains your rights in plain English, including everything the Australian Consumer Law guarantees you.
