What happens if we cancel?
You receive time to download your archive. The website then closes according to the retention period in the membership terms.
Can family members contribute?
Ever After and Legacy Family can invite selected people to contribute without giving them control of the whole archive.
Is this a lifetime guarantee?
No. It is a renewable long-term service. This is more honest and sustainable than promising decades of hosting for one payment.
Can we own the website outright instead?
Yes — the Yours Outright plan. We build your site, hand over the complete files, help you set it up on hosting in your own name, and after thirty days of handover support it is entirely yours to run. One payment, no renewals — and from then on, updates, hosting and upkeep are yours too. Couples who prefer never to think about hosting choose a membership instead.
Can we use our own domain?
A custom domain can be offered as an add-on and remains registered in the couple's name wherever possible.
