Refund Policy

Your rights come first

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If something we sold you is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t do what we said it would, you are entitled to a remedy — repair, replacement or refund depending on the failure — and nothing below takes that away.

Design Studio (digital unlock)

Because the studio unlock is a digital licence delivered immediately, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind once your licence key has been issued. Before buying, you can browse every collection freely and see exactly what each suite includes.

If your key doesn’t work, a design is missing pieces, or the files don’t match what was advertised, contact us — we’ll fix it, replace it, or refund you. That’s both our promise and your legal right.

Ever After memberships

You may cancel a new membership within 14 days of first payment for a full refund, provided your site has not yet gone live to guests. After that, cancelling stops future renewals; the current paid period runs to its end and is not refunded pro-rata, and your 60-day archive download window then applies. If we fail to provide the hosted service as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL, including a refund where appropriate.

Yours Outright websites

Before we begin building: full refund on request. Once the build is underway: we’ll complete it and hand it over as agreed — if the delivered site doesn’t match what we agreed in writing, we’ll fix it or refund you. After successful handover and the 30-day support period, the engagement is complete.

Print & Post and RSVP concierge services

Cancel any time before we begin the work for a full refund. Once printing or mailing has started, costs already incurred (printing, postage) are deducted from any refund. Errors that are ours — wrong wording after your approved proof, misprints, failed mailings — are fixed or refunded at no cost to you.

How to ask

Email hello@paperandpromises.com.au with your order details and what went wrong. We reply within two business days. Refunds are returned by your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy.
